Walking distance to the parks was about 10-15 minutes - Toy Story parking lot drop off was farther away than it appeared because you have to go out the Harbor Drive entry (felt about as long as the walk from parks, so we didn’t do it again). It wouldn’t be my first choice of place to stay in the area, but I would stay there again if my top picks were sold out or if I was trying to save $. Our phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk to report it, and we had to get to rope drop (of course), so we weren’t able to talk to someone until the middle of the day. We had a strange experience the first morning we were there when we woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke so strongly that I thought someone had entered our room.
